My family would like to thank Rich "The Dog Guy" for installing our hidden fence and for his great training. Our neighbors always talked about the "Dog Guy" Rich. So when we adopted Chip from the animal rescue, we knew exactly who to call for our electric fence. Rich & Joe were so accommodating to our work schedule. They came out on Sunday and were so positive. I will always recommend DogWatch and Rich. They are GREAT!!

Two words that sum up the Dogwatch fence are "The Best!" Rich is absolutely wonderful and unbelievably accommodating. We had the fence installed several years ago at our old house and when we decided to build a new home, he came out and reinstalled it (the same system) and it still worked like a charm. Even though almost two years have past since our dog used this fence, she immediately remembered!
My 8 year old son has multiple food allergies, along with various other health conditions. He has a service dog Scout, who is worth more than gold to us, that assists him daily. Just knowing that we have an underground fence that protects her and keeps her safe is so reassuring. We are Dogwatch fence users for life.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Rich is amazing and so is his company. Best customer service of any company I've ever done business with. When they installed my fence approx. 12 years ago they trained both of my dogs and the dogs learned quickly and we never had a problem with them crossing the boundary. When you give a business owner a call that you haven't spoken with in 8 years and he remembers your name and where you live, you know you're dealing with an excellent company. Products and service are excellent. I would never recommend another in-ground fence company.

DogWatch installed an electric fence for our Beagle puppies. They carefully walked all family members through the training process to ensure the puppies and all of us understood how the fence was to work. Shortly after installation we decided we needed to reconfigure the fence. DogWatched came out and worked with us to help design a configuration that would work for our needs. They changed it and the new design is perfect. Since the installation I have had DogWatch come out for several reasons. We had contractors working in our yard and they accidentally cut the fence. I contacted DogWatch and they immediately responded and fixed the fence.
The whole installation went perfectly. We talked about my needs and expectations of the location of the fence. When it was installed we had detailed training instructions and maintainence.
